beserkjay Posted June 3, 2005 Posted June 3, 2005 Hello. I'm running windows XP pro, on a DFI UT nF4 Ultra-D and even at stock speeds my computer will sometimes either restart or give me a blue screen with a windows error, something like STOP 0x0000005, and says memory dump is complete. Any one had this happen? Or any idea whats causing it? Thanks EDIT- DFI LanParty UT nF4 Ultra-D AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice OCZ Plat Rev. 2 PC3200 (2x512) MSI Geforce 6600GT (PCI-E) CoolerMaster Real Power 450W Thermaltake Tsunami Dream WD Raptor 74GB

Teote Posted June 3, 2005 Posted June 3, 2005 Did you Install the Nvidia IDE SW driver, when installing the nvidia drivers(if you have a nf board)? A lot of people have crashes involved with that driver. I had problems until I removed it.
