Just wandering how folks are getting on with their boards and the new core CPU's.

I realise this poll does not cover every option but select the nearest.

I decided to skip the latest Venice and San Diego cores and get a Clawhammer/Hammer. I'm very satisfied with the performance especially for the price. I saved $70.00USD by not getting the 3500 Venice. My benchmarks are in the same ballpark and overclocks are very good.

Benchmark your rig at this setting then start lowering the FSB while raising the multiplier.

I've found that Aileen runs at lower voltages and cooler at 240X11 yet benchmarks the same as when she's running 312X8.

3200+ CBBLE here

300x9 @ 1.4x104% == 1.42 in bios
