Safe voltage for winchester

Recommended Posts

Helo my CPU is:

AMD Athlon 3000+ socket 939 (winchester), stepping: CBBID

I just want to know what is safe voltage for that CPU?

Is 1.75 too much?

I cool it with water and the temperatures are fine.

Everyone will have their own opinion on this but since your on water I would say around 1.7v-1.72v.. But again thats just my opinion and what I would use if I had water..

There will be a "*Native* CPU speed" in which you will only required a slight increase from stock voltage. When you passed that CPU speed, the amount of CPU VID will increase almost exponentially.

For my CPU, it is around 2.3GHz, 1.4x1.04v.
