ja3h Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 Hey, i've had the problem of not being able to boot my pc, with 3 leds lit *other thread* and i have bought a pci card and have been able to boot and install windows and type this with... when i put in my x800xl it will not boot..is there a way to fix this? 2mb of video memory!! ahhhh Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

ja3h Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 would that help? i tried it and in the top pci-e slot it gets stuck on the third LED so then i just plugged in my pci card again and it was ok... after looking at members like Mr Bigles who also has a x800xl i decided to update my bios to 310 and enabled pciexpress in the bios thing as boot up input or something... and still nothing just gets stuck on the third led will i have to return my graphics card do you think? AAHH!!kira Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 Hello I've had the same problem with my sapphire X800XL. Changing bios to 310 or clear c-mos doesn't help me at all... The only way to got my rig boot were to unplug card, clean contacts and re-plug the card. After that the system will be booting perfectly :tooth: I've rma-ed the graphic and with the new one i've no problem the system boot even cold or hot Now i'm searching why my brand new OCZ 3200 gold bh5 plat won't oc when they are setup in dual chanel and have the same oc capability when i test one at once... :confused: ps: I'm french sorry for the english...
