help temps dfi ut nf 3

hi

i got my clawhammer

went to 1,7 volts and my temp was 37 full load

then i saw the nf3

 

 

the mobo reaches 53 c with no volts

because of the graphics card i dont see how i will cool down the chipset

theres no space between the heatspreader and the vga card

 

the nf 3 is realy hot

 

 

can anyone help

 

how do i cool that nf3

 

summer is arriving and with these kind of temps i am worried

did you try a newer bios? if it is shipping bios, that can show higher temps. I believe i'm using 10/16 on the ball n chains puter.

yes

i have official 14/9 bios

the one that came with the mobo gave me wrong temps

 

my problem is space

i think i wont be able to fit a fan or a waterblock

someone cooled the chipset in nf3 mobo?

how?

plz....summer is arriving and my temps r very hot under full load

i have seen the vanteq but i am not sure if it fits ....

water.....anything

 

just give me a hint

I have installed a Vantec ICEBERG4 VGA cooler on mine. The pins don't line up, but I used soem Artic Alumina thermal adhesice. I also had to saw out a bit of the copper base to allow a couple of raised components room, but it was pretty easy. The blue LED looks cool too!

i took my HS off applied AS5 and stuck it back on.. and then i stuck a small 50x50 or 40x40 whatever size the HS is fan.. on it with hotglue in the 4 corners and it never gets hot.. it didnt help me gain 1 mhz but i sure is alot cooler.. and prolly will help the board live longer.. if i dont kill it first.

use the VANTEC COPPER cooler. here's the link from newegg. i have it on my board and keeps the NB real cool

fits perfectly too. also u get 4 shiny copper heatsinks which u can use anywhr
