GeForce 7800 GTX OC (BFG)

LANPARTY UT Nf-4 Ultra-d

250GB Seagate SATA 1.5 HD

1 floppy drive

CASE FANS:

2 120 mm fans

1 60 mm fan

1 DVD-RW drive

2 cold cathodes

2 lengths of EL wire

here is a link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16817148008

if you decide that one totally sucks how aobut his one?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16817103937

if you think the first should be sufficent, let me know, i'd much rather have that one, matches case and all.

NO :shake: Aspire's or any other Youngyear PSU's!

A very bad idea!

you know ive never hread anyone talking about raidmax PSUs the one i got with my scorpio run amazing for the fact that i got it for free. its a 420wat and 13a on the 12 but this this has jsut been going along on my 6600gt sli system thogut unstable. ran stable with one 6600gt. at full load with my cpu at 2.6 and one 6600gt at 590/1.4

it neve hit below 11.89. moslty at 12.5 -11.99...... ive got to say dam good.... if only they made them in bigger sizes

Raidmax is junk, replace it before it causes problems.

I have just swapped out my Antec 550 Truepower for an Akasa PowerPlus.

Before the swap, I would get lockups and random reboots. Since the Akasa has been installed every thing is stable.

BTW, I have another Antec 550 and an Enermax EG 651P-V(E)

The Seasonic 600W is on sale at ewiz for 106 atm

http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?p=PS-S12-600&c=pw

I dunno should I get it? Since I don't have my other parts yet, and let it sit around for a few weeks until I start ordering my other stuff? Or should I holdoff and hope the prices are still the same in a few weeks?

Buy it! Excellent price on a very good PSU.

What is the +12V amperage rating on the Antec?

Hi Guys

Ok I've been convinced I need to try a 24pin PSU in my system (going to be hard pulling out a 4 month old enermax :( )

This is for a htpc so noise is crucial so it looks like one of the seasonics is on the cards. The problem is they are not available at all in Australia.

What I'm hoping is someone can advise me of a store that will Ship to Australia that also has good pricing on say the 600w model.

Unfortunately ewiz's website quotes me $110 shipping which is a joke and silicon acoustics will ship for around $40usd but the actual psu is more pricey.

The other choice I'm considering is a antec phantom 500 http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=24500 anyone have an opinion on these?

If by any chance a newer psu that is just as quiet has hit the market feel free to advise me that way

thanks in advance.
