Recommended Posts

ok.. this system has been goin for around a week now.. had a very hard time gettin the ram to work correctly.. so i bought the ram suggested here..

http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread...ighlight=kordin

and it still has problems.. i got it set for the 2.0 - 2-2-6 speeds in the bios now.. as it shows in everest home editioin.. but when i run prime95.. i get errors in the first 10 mins.. followed someones advise and moved the voltage up a shot.. that is what made the ram work in the first place..

i am also gettin random reboots.. and then when i get back to windows.. it says that system recovered from serious error.. device driver..

all hardware is updated to latesest drivers..

any help would be great .. thx a ton..

this is my first build..on my own. and im thinking that will be my last.. this is just no fun for me =(.

thx..

kordin

You should be on one of the 4/14 BIOSes by now.

Do you have all four motherboard power connections made up?

Have you qualified each stick of RAM one at a time in the top orange slot then as a pair in the orange slots?
