first thing you'll want to do is read this excellent guide. then read it again.

once you think most of that has sunk in time to head over to the socket939 Overclocking Database and search out some rigs with hardware like yours. take a look at the settings and that will give you a baseline.

Do as wevs says, read up and do your homework, find a starting point, I like to get things stable @ stock speeds first, and then when/if you need some help we will be here for you.
