Below are your settings, I will put my comments to changes you should make.

=====================================================

Genie BIOS Settings:

FSB Bus Frequency - 266

LDT/FSB Frequency Ratio - Auto --> STEP1: change this to 3x

CPU/FSB Frequency Ratio - 9x

PCI eXpress Frequency - 100Mhz

--> STEP3: change voltage settings

CPU VID StartUp Value - 1.400v -->1.425v

CPU VID Control - 1.400v

CPU VID Special Control Auto -->104%

LDT Voltage Control - 1.20v

Chip Set Voltage Control - 1.50v

DRAM Voltage Control - 2.9v

DRAM Configuration Settings:

DRAM Frequency Set - 150 (DRAM/FSB:3/04)

Command Per Clock (CPC) - Enable

CAS Latency Control (Tcl) - 2.5 --->STEP2: change mem settings

RAS# to CAS# delay (Trcd) - Auto ---> 3, 4 if not stable at 3

Min RAS# active time (Tras) - Auto --->8

Row precharge time (Trp) - Auto --->3, 4 if not stable at 3

Row Cycle time (Trc) - Auto

Row refresh cyc time (Trfc) - Auto

Row to Row delay (Trrd) - Auto

Write recovery time (Twr) - Auto

Write to Read delay (Twtr) - Auto

Read to Write delay (Trwt) - Auto

Refresh Period (Tref) - Auto

Write CAS Latency (Twcl) - Auto

DRAM Bank Interleave - Enabled

DQS Skew Control - Auto

DQS Skew Value - 0

DRAM Drive Strength - auto

DRAM Data Drive Strength - Level 4

Max Async Latency - 07.0 nano secs

Read Preamble Time - Auto

IdleCycle Limit - 256 Cycles

Dynamic Counter - Disable

R/W Queue Bypass - 16 x

Bypass Max - 07 x

32 Byte Granularity - Disable(8 Bursts)

now, do these changes in steps. change the LDT setting then run memtest and prime to see if you are stable...if not change your dram timings in step2....run memtest and prime again.....if step2 fails....do step 3 by uping the voltage, the settings i gave you are very conservative on the voltages....if you are overclocking i believe you need more....kinda like my settings in my sig....but again back to the same question of how far you are going to risk.

dspayre throttling is disabled, I followed rgone's settings and here is my bios settings...

Your Bios settings are below please see my comments. I have not OCed with a newcastle, is it able to take more voltage than the winnies? How are your temps?

=========================================================

DRAM Config

FSB BUS Frequency 260

LOT/FSB Frequency Ratio X3.0

LOT BUS Transfe Width 16-16

CPU FSB Frequency Ratio X10.0

PCI Express Frequency 100 MHZ

Cooler Quiet Disable

CPU VID Startup Value 1.525v

CPU VID Control 1.525v

CPU VID Special Control Above VID *110

LOT Voltage Control 1.50v

Chipset Voltage Control 1.80v

DRAM Voltage Control 3.40v ---> do you have UTT's? (high voltage)

180 (DRAM/FSB:S/P)

CPC Dis/Auto ----> disable means your running at 2T? Try 1T, but prolly less stable at 1T

--->you could try relaxing the timings

TCL 2.5 ----> maybe 3

TRCD 03 --->4?

TRAS 06 ---> 8

TRP 03 ---> 4?

TRC 07

TRFC 14

TDRP 05

TWR 03

TWTR 02

TRWT 05

TREF 3120

TWCL 05

======================================================

is bank interleave disabled? you can try playing with this to see which is more stable....what are your DRAM drive strength settings? You can try to change these to increase your stability....a good idea is to try and find out what chips are on your sticks (UTT, TCCD, etc) then you will have a better idea on what to set your timings and drive strengths.

It's really a lot of trial and error and patience....sorry I could not give you a better solution....good luck! ;)

dude I tried every one of the steps one by one in the order you gave me, everytime I past a test on prim95 it fails after not even 10 secs, then I put the settings at stock to check if prime95 wasn't running wrong or something, and prime95 ran fine at stock settings, I dunno which lower settings should I use at least to go for 2.2 ghz or something like that I think it is the memory volts, and besides that i ain't using dual channel I just have 1 stick of 512MB :confused: .

anyways thanks for all you been helping me.
