LTD voltage..

guys, what's the LTD voltage in the bios?

and what does Bank interleave means? whouls i leave it enabled?

Actually it's LDT(Lightning Data Transport) and it controls the voltage applied to this bus. Increasing voltage may increase stability allowing higher frequencies to be attained.

 

Bank interleaving is a method of utilizing memory in a more efficient manner to increase performance. I've found no benefit to disabling this feature with any of the memory sticks I've tested on the DFI nF4.
