im surprised by the number of stock cooling users!

 

(especially since SVC.com has had their aluminum XP-90 on sale for $24.99 for a week or more hehe)

It may show that a lot of users are running at stock speeds or that the stock HSF is actually very good.

 

I ran with a moderate overclock for a while on the nF3 250Gb with only a 1C increase in temp.

 

Of course, the nF4 at stock speeds and the XP90 runs so cool the fan never turns on at idle with a room temp of 78F.

I ended up buying a SLK-948U to use with my Mobile DTR 3200+ which is now dead and replaced with a desktop 3000+. If I ever get around to it i might sell this heatsink and pick up an XP-90C.
