e268 Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 that's great e268 , would you mind posting a A64Tweaker screenshot please?I'm just wondering what timings you're using... Never used this before, and cannot understand most of these figures, but here it is: No, I cannot attach the file. I did a print screen and saved it in word pad, and the file is 7.8MB, and it took too long to attach. Is there another trick?

Guest AAdjuster Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 2035 is HUGE... does everyone else also get those sort of numbers at 10x250? This is what I get at these settings in memtest. 11x243 = 2131mb 10x250 = 2170mb 10x260 = 2257mb 10x267 = 2317mb

e268 Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 My KingMax PC4000 gave me trouble this morning. I cannot cold start untill (can't boot windows) unless I change the timing to 3,4,4,8 which sucks. Even with that timing and at 250x10, it gives me error on Prime95 torture. So, I have returned it to the vendor. May be I'll buy some OCZ VX and give it a try. Tony420 Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 I was trying this bios for a small ammount of time I got to test and It was giving me the same problem I had before. When I set to 3.6vdimm I would not get a post after a reboot, I would have to power off and on. I also think I lost a lot of OC on the memory(wouldnt even do 265). Rabbi Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 All the guys getting crazy high bandwidth in memtest seem to be using new castles... it may just be a reporting bug Tony420, what BIOS works best for your BH5?
Tony420 Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 I think my cpu benchmarks(sandra) were a lot higher on the newer bios too. At 250x11 I got aroudn 13500 MIPS in sandra and with 10/15 I get around 12300+ I havnt tested 270+ again yet, but so far 10/15 Is the best for my BH-5...
