Creating A News_table

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'another.news_table' doesn't exist

I am using phpBB and got this hack from phpbbhacks.com. Anyways, your supposed to be able to change the news within the Admin controls, well that't the error I get.

 

I don't know what I am doing, but I connect to another (the db name) and type, create table news_table or I try create table another.news_table. I don't know what one to use, but what do I put in the columns? Or am I just doing it all wrong?

Change the news where? Within PHPBB2 or somewhere else.
