bass_freak Posted December 3, 2001 Posted December 3, 2001 I have a Yahoo Sakar keyboard, and a few days ago my scroll light LED began to blink, figured it would go away after a while, well i have restarted, checked resent apps, unstalled lots, and it will not stop blinking, if i have it on, it will black realy quick, if off it lights up every once and a while. WHY WON'T IT STOP. I am going to go crazy, i have resorted to electrical tape, will be going and snipping that little wire next....HELP...... red930 Posted December 3, 2001 Posted December 3, 2001 Hrm strange.. Does your keyboard have software that goes with it?
bass_freak Posted December 3, 2001 Posted December 3, 2001 Does, but it uses 100% of my cpu, so i didn't install it, never done this before, i just put a penny over the LED for now
Guest FreakyDrOverclock Posted December 3, 2001 Posted December 3, 2001 that would drive me mad... open that #### keyboard, rip the led of and use it where you need it  or make a little programm to let it blink in a better way: i remember my good old c64: one game (don't know which one) had a very cool intro-music and the floppy-led blinked exactly with the beat :D
bass_freak Posted December 4, 2001 Posted December 4, 2001 Cool, The LED no longer blinks (it is no longer thier either). So i am no longer going to go insane Can you still do stuff like that, the comodars are pretty crapin' old, why can you say ever word but d#mn? Guest FreakyDrOverclock Posted December 4, 2001 Posted December 4, 2001 I didn't do it myself...sorry the trick is (or was) to read from the floppy make a little pause (timed), read on and so on... Â The scroll-lock can be set by software (can't it?)...I guess that would make an awfull winamp-plugin :0 Â d~mn...must be this d*mn Ikonboard...d_mn
bass_freak Posted December 4, 2001 Posted December 4, 2001 LED was blinking because of my software, wish i hadn't cut now, gona have to reconect, the faster it would blink, the higher the cpu temp is. oh well.
