DimensioN Posted June 8, 2003 Posted June 8, 2003 well i must say : GTA SUXXX why: well it saves the saved games, in "my documents", so when you format , and didn't remeber the saving the saved game in a different HD, you've lost everything.. and can start all over again.. well **ck it, i'm not starting again with it... annybody knows a good game? sykocus Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 how does that make it suck? i'm sure the my doc's folder is something a lot of people check before formatting. if you have several people playing the game under differnet log-in accounts they can each save their own games. anways...if you want to just play around in the game, you can d/l various "comeplete game saves"

AMDOCuser Posted June 10, 2003 Posted June 10, 2003 Wow, how could you miss something in your my documents folder, thats usually one of the most important folders. Plus it makes it easier to store all your saved games from all the games you play into one folder. hope you remember on your next format. General912 Posted June 12, 2003 Posted June 12, 2003 Get used to it guys. If microsoft has their way Direct X 10 will be bastardized. They wana make it just like a game platform (ex Xbox PS2 etc..) So when you put the game in you dont have to install it. that means you gotta have the cd to play it. But when you save a game they are gunna make a new folder called My Games or something and save it there. it should be in the documents folder.
