Firez3r0 Posted June 8, 2003 Posted June 8, 2003 i have juz bought a p4 system 4 my mom ( i tried to convince her to buy AMD .... but u noe ... juz dun listen) ... so i was FORCED to buy this intel mobo ... so i can't change the speed of the cpu ... i 1 2 ask if there is anything that can change the speed in windows ... joecartoon22 Posted June 8, 2003 Posted June 8, 2003 yeah you can clock the pentium 4 higher. you should be able to do it through the bios. why cant you do it? i dont know if there are any reliable ocing tools that u can run through windows. try updating your bios through the manufacturer site. oh wait if u have an intel made board i think u are screwed. dont think they have much ocing potential for the boards they sell themselves.
