Poisonsnak Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 What ram timings are you using? I think the Corsair VS RAM's recommended defaults are something like 3-3-3-6, but having your CAS latency at 3 can cause problems on this motherboard, I would recommend trying 2.5-3-3-10 or something. red930 Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 I would do a (stickies critical) clear of the CMOS. Nothing like clearing the baffles before starting a a run towards an install.
Angry_Games Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 check the beta page of the downloads for your motherboard for a bios that allows proper 200FSB cpu's to be used (it might be on official page by now also). the NF2 boards have a problem with 200FSB cpu's for some reason, and there's a beta (again, might be official now) bios that solves this problem.
