I bumped it up to 2507.9 mhz (278.7 * 9), HTT is 278.65, Mem is 278.65.

 

From CPU-Z

 

CAS Latency 2.5

RAS# to CAS# Delay 4 clocks

RAS#Precharge 3 clocks

Cycle time (Tras) 7 clocks

Bank Cycle Time (Trc) 7 clocks

DRAM Idle Timer 16 clocks

 

I'll go into bios later to write the rest down.

thanks garetjax; i'm torn about which ram to buy and wanted to see what that ocz can do. are you running 2x512 or just one stick?

2 Sticks of 512, using slots 1 and 3. I think I can go higher, just need to tweak some more.

I'm running about the same mhz as garet. I'm doing 278.1 mhz as it says on cpu-z. But I am able to do 2.5-3-3-6 as it says in my sig.

garetjax can you write your settings down? I'm having trouble with this memory.

The newest batches of TCCD aren't actually TCCD, they are TCC5. TCC5 is meant to clock as well as TCCD did but doesn't seem to go quite as high. If you've got ocz plat el rev2 then you can tell if they're TCCD or TCC5 as the TCC5 has a small v1.1 that looks like a smudge in the bottom right corner of the white ocz sticker on them.
