Guest culinist Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Deep fried my first turkey today, and i gotta say that it was, by far, the best I have ever had. No way I will ever roast another in the oven. Had a great day today. Kept it small. Just my wife and son, my folks and a dishwasher from work that has a sucky family that wasn't even gonna give thanks. He's a nice young kid and it was nice to give him a good family day to enjoy.
