stowenrat Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 Sice it has IQYHA in the stepping it should fly, I had an IQYHA 2600-m and ran it at 2.6 24/7 it did 2.75 but that was too hot for my setup at the time. De_Cruelz Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 Hey mate I do own one with the exact same stepping. Currently running it at 236 X 11with 1.875vcore. When I first got the chip it did 2.6Ghz at 1.85vcore and could prime on for more than 24 hours no problems. I didn't have much time to do such long tests so currently I just run it at 1.875. Managed to boot in at 2.7Ghz (235X11.5) with 1.9vcore but I think my PSU couldn't take it. Thinking of changing my PSU as all my rails are below the ratings. Now it is summer (Temp 39oC on Sunday). I have clocked back to 2450MHz @ 1.75V. The load temp is about 55 to 60 oC. I am thing about giving one of those new Gigabyte Rocket coolers a go... And as I stated when I bought my Buffalo they were using Windbond BH-5 chips on them. Now they are Micron chips not nearly as good. But I think they are one sided. The stuff looks brand new! Building Ho numba Fo. Smart shoppers know. Deal was so good I wanted to make sure the CPU was kosher. Usin "AQs" in other sistas.
