ztech1 Posted January 29, 2005 Posted January 29, 2005 I take back what I said earlier about enabling SATA1/2. Attempts to lower the chipset voltages to default levels resulted in failure to detect the drive(s) and the array. Seems to boot fine when running 2.9v but for how long? It's been my experience that overvolting IC's alway requires more and more volts as time goes on untill you burn out the chip - time will tell.
