250 fsb! yay questions.

okay im booted at 250x10 at 1.8 v cpu runing 41 degrees on air.

 

2.5 cas

4 trp

4 trcd read/write

7 tras

 

CPC off currently

 

3d mark score of 16000 something pics of CPU-z CPU id 1:1 ect

 

 

now my only problem is prime95 is failing on the stress test.

 

any ideas?

You should not be booting into windows without running memtest86 for a long time (at least an hour). After you get it memtest stable, at a low multi, then you need to work in windows with the multiplyer and vcore to get it prime stable.

you can run memtest from a cd as well. You can download an iso for cd rom instead of the floppy.

 

Since this board supports booting from flash drive has anyone tried running memtest from a flash drive?

 

btw... there is a new bois with memtest built in for people just like you with no floppy.

Afew things man...

 

1. what bios are you using..?

 

2. have you tried single channel?

 

3. what are your other voltages at, and have you tried taking them up higher?

burned the iso, ran memtest with no errors tryed booting to windows and it gave me blue screen of death (ran memtest through 2 pass's)

 

fsb 250

mult x10

tryed increasing cpu vol all the way up to 1.9 v

 

should i be keeping the AGP voltage on auto and set manually to 66 right?

You might be able to get toastie with 10.5x240 cpc on vcore 1.85 vdimm 2.9(not sure what kinda volts you can go up to with that ram)

chipset 1.8 agp v1.6-7 agp clock 66-80...I have 3 sticks for a gig with cpc on 10.5x240...never tried cpc off but I hear it decreases yur 3d performance a bit.
