AGP/PCI lock

Recommended Posts

I checked in the manual - there does not seem to be much on the bios options themselves. If anyone has a link to a more detailed manual on the bios options, it would be appreciated.

My question is: To enable the full agp/pci lock so I can overclock with great results, do I just set the AGP lock to 66 ? Does it automatically lock pci as well ? (i did not see a pci lock)

Thanks

On this board and any NForce 3 the PCI and AGP are locked. You do not need to change any settings...it is autoed. Overclock until your heart is content!

Good luck.

yeah with NF3-250 chipsets, the agp, and the pci are locked automaticly, and you dont have to do anything to lock them.

there were some NF3-150 chipset that were funny about the PCI locking, and you had to set the AGP to 67mhz, to get the PCI to fully lock, and it seem even though this is not neccasary of NF3-250 chipsets, that alot of people do it anyway just to be sure.
