New XT bios isnt 3D stable for me immediately errors when i load any game. It passed memtest fine and seems prime stable although i havnt fully tested prime yet.

Tested at 250 x 10 memory scores compared well to hellfires rev 3.

Will try and mess around with settings to get 3d stable vagp didnt help neither did latency changes.

  • 2 months later...

Hello!

I'm kinda new to the DFI OC scene, so, I'm sorry for my English and some possible dumb questions :tooth:

Well, I have a 3D Fire BIOS in my DFI LanParty Nforce 2 Ultra 400 Rev B, I guess it's from tictac (not sure if anyone else did any more bios with this name...), but I guess It's very old, because it has like about 8 or 9 months. It was a friend of mine who sent it to me.

I would like to download the latest one, and I've checked this topic, but I'm not sure which of one should I download... can anybody give me the direct link to the BIOS to my board?

Thanks a lot and sorry for your time.

Tic-Tac --> When I go to flash your Infinity bios it tells me that it is not recognized. This happens regardless if I use Winflash or flash using a floppy. Do you know why this is happening? Thanks.

I think it's because the bios is for the LanParty (not the Infinity) so you are gettinga "warning"

But it will work fine and should allow you to flash it. Just make sure you turn off the Giga byte Lan in the bios. It works on my Infinity.

100% SURE IT WORKED ON MINE.

Pretty sure I was using winflash 1.51 when I flashed. 1.7X should work as well.

Plus you sound like you'd kick my arse if it didn't. :) I'm a lover not a fighter.
