epoch Posted October 9, 2004 Posted October 9, 2004 Hi, it monitors the temperatire of the musfit thingies in between teh CPU and the back panel that contains the parrelel ports, usb etc. mines get very hot and have had to put a fan blowing over them to get the temps down. epoch Posted October 9, 2004 Posted October 9, 2004 well spotted that man, thats y my fans dropped my temps, strange place to have a sensor though, what is it suppose to monitor there? there is a chip under it wonder what that is? and wether a heatsink on it would stop it getting so hot. i thought it was the thingis cause burnt a hole in the foam protective packaging it came in the lst time it got really hot DOH!
