guinness Posted May 24, 2003 Posted May 24, 2003 (edited) I got my new mobo and installed everything and its running about 10 degrees C higher. I used AS3 and an SLK-900U with a 92mm 57cfm panaflo. did i so somthin wrong or is there a set time for the as3?? should i lap the heatsink? sYstEmATiC Posted May 25, 2003 Posted May 25, 2003 on the cleaning part, for the processor you can use acetone or alchohol. (yes acetone), and for the hs, peanut butter works wonders for getting in the fine grooves on the botton.
