Hey guys iam so PO now,i worked on this board for 1 week to get it were i was at 245x10 1.85v 2.5 3 3 11 EEFD,Chipset V 1.70 and VDimm 3.3 juat a few of the specks past Mem test prime for 4 hours i stoped no errors but unstable.I tweeked every setting over and over the same, got rid of 1 problem gaind another.I came from 4/29 bios with no booting problems went to 6/19 and had cold and sometimes warm boot problems, mem up and down,i went to default to 1.85 and nothing fixed the problems. Was taking a long time to go from the window where the dots go across the screen to it opend to the desktop,no change, then i uped the cpu v to 1.90 and soon as it opened to desktop it rebooted by itself and restarted when it was back up i lost all settings. It went back to default by itself, mind you after coming so close to where i wanted at 250.I know someone is going to say well its ok at default setting so the board is ok,thats what i was told.Well its not ok,because no one buys these boards to run at default, and they should not have all these problems. Will someone please help me solve some of these problems,i know a lot of you went threw the same and worked them out.You all been great helping me already and i thank you.

Anything above 1.85 you will need to do the vcore mod and vsense or remove dfi's vcore mod that they installed. That's all I can really help you with as far as loosing the setting that sound's like a bios issues IMO.

No ,i remember my settings, iam talking about the cold and warm booting and why it was unstable when it past mem test and prime95 for just a few.Why was it taking so long to open from the build up dot screen to desktop? My settings are posted up at the begining of this thread.I reflashed my bios and shut down the computer pulled the cord and battery ,switched the cmos jumper and let it sit while i went out for 2 hours, maybe this will help.

You need to use the 1/21 BIOS and see if you still have any cold/warm boot issues. If so, you'll need to do the "war mod" to raise your default Vcore (search for more info).

Those steps should get you more stable and fix the cold/warm boots. There is still no guarantee of 250 FSB (or even 245) though.

EDIT: You will likely need to turn off CPC for high FSB with 2x512.

Nope.

You can still select any voltage you want to. The mod just sets the DEFAULT voltage that the CPU is supplied with when the system is first powered up. After the BIOS reads your Vcore setting from the CMOS data, the Vcore will be reset to whatever you selected.

The purpose of the mod is to stabilize the CPU during that brief period when it first powers up.
