lol looks like Intel fixed the ICH6 finally. I should have one of these in a week or two. Jacky says our boards will overclock 270FSB right out of the box...we'll see ;)

939: dont hold your breath. Might be best to wait for NF4 instead as the Nf3 is NEVER going to be worth a crap

  • 2 weeks later...

got the 915P-T12 LanParty UT today...socket775, hybrid DDR/DDR2, PCI-E, single IDE-to-SATA converter, all that stuff.

as soon as I procure a 775 cpu and a PCI-E gfx card and some DDR2 I'll let you know whats up.

a beta bios was released for it already, and i definitely took notice to a certain part of it!:

Dear All,

We had posted beta BIOS dated 2004/07/28 for LANPARTY UT 915P-T12 with file name “915LD728.zip” at URL http://www.dfi.com.tw/Upload/BIOS/915LD728.zip. The major reasons for change are:

1. Fixed the bug of Random message and hang-up upon running “Load Optimized Defaults”.

2. Removed "Smart Fan" to fix the CPU FAN stop issue upon resuming from S3 mode.

3. Modified OC table for better OC ability.

4. Fixed the bug of SATA detection when CPU clock is overclocked higher than 260MHz.

5. Improved the compatibility against A-DATA DDRII 256M.

6. Fixed the error message upon flashing BIOS with "Winflash" utility.

Best,

HH
