The tech at DFI got it fixed and is sending it to me as we speak. My question is, since it has been resoldered, is there a chance that its going to limit my ability to overclock? Only problem I think you could run into would be if the socket wasn't soldered back on correctly, but I don't think that will be an issue. slavik Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 well, my socket is warped ... CPU does 2.4GHz easy can go to 2.5GHz (maybe even 2.6GHz) ...
