 first person to reply gives a pretty good answer that many find that works. You say you have already tried that. How about lets don't play guessing games. Tell us what you have done and/or tried already, so we don't waste our time trying to guess.

My guess is if you have done your search well then you have done all except hot flash the bios or RMA the board or see if you DFI regional office over there does a reflash procedure. Short of that you don't have a lot of choices. So what 'have' you tried?

Sincerely, RGone...

If you have already tried what I told you to, another thing that I found that works is this:

My ram is PC 3200 2 X 512 sticks. I tried everything and nothing would work. Then I grabbed my little brothers ram PC 2700 2 X 512s and stuck it in mine and waaa laa it worked. Then I put mine back in and it worked. I dont know why and how it worked but it did and thats all that matters.

So if you have extra ram somewhere try that before RMA. Also try taking all the PCI cards , everything but the video card. lmk

Sorry Rgone

now with latest test suggested by mamma, i have put an old 512 Double Face PC2100, but not was changed

i have already tried

JP8

clear CMOS and removed battery for 1 hour

changed ram and tested all slot

removed all unneeded thing (HD, DVD, Floppy ...)

the latest possibility is hot flash?

i cannot have another LanParty :( or a friend with it, i have an NF7S V2.0, can i use it for this?
