Start buton: need to remove in win 2k pro

Hi,

 

I have disabled the Start-Button in windows 2000 pro but editing the registry key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/UserShellFolders/StartMenu

 

Now, I want to take it out completely.

Can someone please help me do that?
