defiant9 Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Why is my build beeping? This is not the start up Beep Code series. Just a constant beep beep beep beep......... Everything runs great. I did turn up the fan speed on my 900 Antec and the beep stopped. Am I to assume DFI motherboard has an over-heat beep? Sorry, didn't check the temps during the beeping. Beeping stopped: CPU at 38 C GPU at 51 C with no beep. The 8800 GTS is a new upgrade and I am running the CPU kinda hot at 1.5V. Thanks in advance for the help. s1ick Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Could b a number of things, psu, board, graphics, but yes My Old DFI Infinity had a beep if the NB got toasty so I poped a HR05 on it.
