Thanks in advance You could boot from your Windows XP disk and try a repair but with this happening during an update it could be wipe and start again I'm afraid. get_saif Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 (edited) 1) Remove the hardisk, pop it in your friends or different system, check for bad sectors, then fix it back , pop in xp-disk, try repairing it with the option given.. 2) try using Winternals, erd commander to get back to your last restore point ( this is the best option ) 3) Safe mode if you can get in it. 4) format it :) ( kidding) Edited June 21, 2008 by get_saif Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
