if they both werent addictive, they wouldnt be around still most likely.

poeple forget there is more than a physical addiction,

mental addiction is just as bad if the person can't tell between the two.

a kid who has a family that smokes, grows up able to sneak cigs,

and a kid with a drunk parent(s), grows up able to sneak beer/liqour,

i don't have any friends with parents that smoke, that don't smoke themselves,

and my girls best friend, mom owns a bar and her 2 children have been drunks since 16.

anymore nobody is happy with being mundane,

so we all aparantley its in the human race to pick a poison to kill yourself with,

because apparently we live too long?

Don't start the tar deal. You will lose that argument. Per item maybe but until I see chain smoking cigar/pipe or dank users a cigarette user will put back many more cigarettes increasing their tar count over the haul by a wide margin.

Show me the results on a long time ganja user as well.

Ever seen a long time smoker of pot? 'Nuff said.

Marijuanas a psychoactive drug. Is it as severe as some? No. Most people don't even realize the influence it has on them, though. Much like alchohol. In a joint there's more tar. Yes, chain smokers do inhale more tar. I'm talking on the single unit. I actually believe it should be legal, provided it's in your own home and you don't do anything to endanger other people, which applies to most potheads anyway.

By all means, smoke what you want. I've seen enough people turn into couch potatoes as a result of pot. More jobs open for me.

Jax, were you the one who didn't understand the difference between 2 a day and 3 a day over a period of several years?

Stupidity and personal opinions on stuff run deep. I'll leave the thread now, and let you bicker on.

I don't think so. Smoking three a day is 33% more so I would assume that it would be worse over the long haul.

Not going to argue with you but don't throw out the tar deal on something that is done in moderation compared to a habit that is done upwards of 10 times a day for some. The more you smoke the more tar and whatever else ails you. A cigar has MUCH more tobacco than a cigarette but again it isn't inhaled. Show me the guy with an iron lung from cigars and I'll slowly creep away.

As far as herbals go again we start talking in absolutes. Every person that has gotten high in their life doesn't become a bum. Again, the guy wacking back 4 cheeseburgers a day becomes a fat .. The guy has one a week may stay in good health. Anything in quantity will hurt. Thats where cigars aren't normally an every day deal. So no we don't put ourselves with smokers of cigarettes.

At the new casino on Saturday playing virtual black jack. My cigar is to the right of me as I take the last seat. ###### next to me is complaining of cigar smoke as she is wacking back a cigarette. Unbelievable.

I have heard a hell of a lot of non smokers in my life comment on how the smell of a cigar is strangely pleasant and the same for the smoke from a tobacco pipe.

Yeah, they are usually fun and interesting people to talk to, they don't judge you for who you are or what you do and they generally care about the planet we live on, yeah those people are real messed up.

Didn't Bush used to smoke pot? ........Hmmm I think I see your point...:D

Nothing better than the smell of the smoking pipe but that also happens to be the most frowned upon item in a bar. we are a backwards . society. Smoking the pipe is a lost art as is men wearing hats as part of an outfit.
