Thermaltake Xaser Iii Setup Question

Recommended Posts

Ok, so I got this awesome case, but instructions how to hook it all up aren't very good at all. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has this case and knows how to hook it up? All the wires for the fans are getting a bit confusing.... :withstupid:

If anyone knows, please e-mail me @ [email protected]

Thanks :)

I have the ThermalTake Xaser III Case, I purchased it back in March and have had no problems setting it up, (atleast with the fans).

The Manual I recieved with the case was very explanitory, what is your question?

Sorry nothing to do with the original post but I have the thermaltake Xaser II case and the only problem i got is that the LCD panel that is supposed to show Temprature does not work all the fans etc etc and temp sensor and speed control were a doddle to get working and i really cant see any other way i can get the display to work as all the connectors are accounterd for 1 for speed control that is then daisy chained back to the CPU fan lead and then the control lead goes in the place of where the CPU fan would normally go on Mobo but the only other lead is the normal 4 pin (although only two pins are utilised) power connector like in the back of any IDE device which goes obviously to the power supply which i thought would power up the display but I got nothing Im beggining to wonder if its genuinely bust?????

Just hoping someone could elaborate on this a little ??

Thanks

Looking for some help getting the fan adjustments to work. I have the side 2 and rear 2 case fans daisy chanined together and connected to fan # 3, this works correct. However I can not get my Thermaltake Smart fan 2 to adjust for my cpu and I have not been able to configure the top case fan or front 2 case fans. Looking for suggestins as to how to go about hooking them to the correct fan adjustment knobs. Other than that the case is good BESIDES it not accepting tall pci cards like my 9500Pro. I am gonna have to cut a corner of the pcb off to allow the clip to close.
