localguru Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 most people use a dremel. I have used a jig saw for large cuts. but uslly have to go back and clean up useing my dremel. I've heard you can use metal snips. but I'm sure that wou;ln't leave a clean edge either. so you best bet is the dremel. savethedodobird Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 What kind of dremmel bits do I need?
localguru Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 renforced cutting blades. their uslly like 5 bucks for 5 or somehting. it usally takes 2-3 blades for a good size window. and then some kind of hard sanding stone to finish off the edges

mxrider623 Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 If you have some money (which I know most of us have little of thanks to computers <_< ) hit up your local machine shop and see if they will cut it for you. They might use a laser if they are a big enough company and have one or I guess they could use a CNC machine, most all good machine shops have a CNC machine.
