Good mobo to pair with athlon x2 5000

Hey guys, I've been out of the computer loop tonight so some input would be great. I'm finally after years upgrading. But on a budget. I'e got my heart set on the AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 Black Ed.

I'm looking for something solid, stable, some OC capability, and roughly around $100. I can stray from that price a little if need be. It does not have to have all the bells and whistles out there. Just something well rounded that will last me a few years.

Any response ASAP would be great because my current PC of 5 years is starting to give out on me and I'm feeling the urge to order parts tonight.
