How do I overclock people?

Will one of ya's please help me out. Tell me how to overclock.

I got a 6yr old computer

It's 1.38ghz

Theres loads of ways, but what system do you have ?, post us some spec's og your computer, intel-amd, memory, psu, gpu and so on, without this is hard to know whats best for you.

sometimes a vodka-redbull does the trick for me, after several, I can hit a massive overclock, but if I have too many it can lead to errors and instability
