I think I actually seen some info on Arctic Silver's website to achieve best cooling is to use it 24 hours for like 3 days lol running your computer.

I'm not even sure I know what you mean. Use it 24 hours for the next 72 hours? And do you mean they say to use Arctic Clean as a TIM? Arctic Clean instructions say to apply liberally and let stand for 30 seconds, then wipe clean with a lint-free cloth.
