Guest ecthlipsis Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 SOOOOO old, bro lol. I did like that when it first came out, though. For those that haven't had experience with Vista let me say that I can understand why he did what he did. Once Vista is fully updated it isn't too bad, but out of box... Dear God.. Installing it I got about 3 BSOD's. It wouldn't install with 4gb of ram, or in DC. I got about 2-3 more BSOD's downloading my essential software. Once it got updated it was alright, but I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to have it when out of box WAS updated. I seriously doubt anyone could go more than 15 minutes at a time without it crashing, and that is no sarcasm or exaggeration at all. Like I said, once it was updated I only had 1-2 BSOD's total. LoArmistead Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 BSOD on Vista install...hmm methinks this loser should check his "brand new" RAM and HDD out before going psycho with his Vista paperwork. Probably bought a Gateway. <_<
Waco Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 I seriously doubt anyone could go more than 15 minutes at a time without it crashing, and that is no sarcasm or exaggeration at all. Like I said, once it was updated I only had 1-2 BSOD's total. The Betas didn't blue screen for me EVER unless I tried to run things I knew were incompatible. I figure this is a case of PEBKAC.
