MesaRecCrew Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 1: Xcilo Windtunnel: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811103011 (I like the huge fan idea) A LOT! 2: NZXT APOLLO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811146025 (I LOVE THEY WAY IT LOOKS, available in like three other colors!! The orange apollo looks just as cool if not better than the black. The black APOLLO is only $50 and has two 120mm fans! I like the clear side!) Only concern is will a Tuniq Tower and or ultra 120 cpu cooler fit in THIS CASE?? 3: Antec Nine Hundred: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811129021 (Im sure this case is good but i am looking at different options) 4: NZXT Zero: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811146029 ( seems like a really cool case!) Thats the four that Im really looking at. I am thinking of getting the nzxt apollo because it seems like a lot of people are really happy with it and that it keeps everthing cool. But Im going to leave it up to you guys. Im unexperienced and your help is more than appretiated!
kingdingeling Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 I'd get the Antec 900, or the Apollo. That windtunnel stuff looks funky to me, I'd stay away from that.
shaggy866 Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 I have the Antec 900 and its awesome.
iKillSteal Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 If it's between those four, the Antec 900 gets another vote.

kendellrt Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 The brand new CoolerMaster Stacker is awesome! The 900 is great, but I have heard that cable management is a nightmare.
coolcat97 Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 I like aluminum cases and simple cases. I would get the zero... (might want to wait until the 26th, you might win )
jack_of_java Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 I have the NZXT Zero case...very nice... Kept my FX-60 @ 26C idle and around 43C Full load...with a 7800 GTX installed, the GPU temp was around 45C idle and 65C full load. That card ran hot, so the temps are surprisingly cool for it on air. I also had about 7 harddrives in that case as well.

That was just at stock. That case has some awesome airflow. I had 7 harddrives, 2 DVD burners, the FX-60 at stock, and the 7800 GTX all on a DFI board. Worked beautifully at the time. But yes, I live in a freezer.

weldzilla Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 (edited) Here is the perfect case for you. You will have to mod it but, then you will have a great case that as is individual as you are. http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=CMM375X&cat=CAS and $10 is a great price. Hey Jack where did you put that 7th hdd in the zero case? It is only designed for 6. Did you stuff it in a floppy cage? How about some pics....
