Overclocker16 Posted April 15, 2003 Posted April 15, 2003 Just go in 1MHz bumps until it becomes unstable, then high the vCore until it becomes stable. Don't go to high as you can fry your chip. Also, you might want to unlock your CPU to higher/lower the multiplier.

intel_inside Posted April 15, 2003 Posted April 15, 2003 hmm a 1700+ that intrigues me....is it a t-bred or a palamino...if a t-bred an a or b...if you know...because the t-bred b i think it is i know its one of the t-breds is really good for o'cing...ive seen them go past 2ghz and seeing as you have a water cooling setup cooling shouldnt be too much of a problem

lemurballs Posted May 17, 2003 Posted May 17, 2003 (edited) my 1700+ B is at 1.86Ghz (11 x 168) 1.65V You'll easily make 2.0 Ghz if you have Tbred B. I'm gonna up mine tonight and hopefully hit atleast 2.2 Edited May 17, 2003 by lemurballs
