hardnrg Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 lower the seat to much lower than the optimum high-speed position... and move your body back so that your arse is over the rear wheel, then when you descend, you have a lower centre of gravity and also your weight is much less on the front wheel, which is what you don't want... keep your knees bent and a relaxed grip on the handlebars... you might want to try this out on a grassy descent to get the feel of it before taking on concrete or steel steps Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
