:O

You know if you have too much money, I can always give you my bank account number!

Anyways, as I and most others on this site are looking more at bang:buck than anything, I would scrap the Quad Core and get a E6600 or if you want a X6800, 4GBs of memory is WAY more than enough already, the 8800Ultra is a joke, the GTX is SOO close in benchmarks for a significant amount less money and the Striker Extreme is simply overhyped/overpriced. If you want a sweet SLI board, I would go for a DFI Lanparty 680i LT. A 1200W PSU is WAYYY overkill, I would go for a Enermax Infiniti 720W or a Galaxy 850W or similar, already more than enough watts right there.

Just out of curiosity, what on earth do you need 1.65 TERRABYTES of space for?!?!?

Get rid of the freezone tech cooler,It doesn't work very well. It actually can be worse than good air cooling.

Get 8800gtx cards the ultra's are a waste of money

I don't think you will be able to use your tv card or sound card if you are going with dual gpu's.

I have 2 680i boards 1 975x and 1 rd600 and could access 2 pci slot between the 4 of them. If you use water cooling you may be able to use more pci slots but not with air cooling on those cards.

There is nothing wrong with 4gb of memory and the set you have chosen is very good and clocks very well.

Dude, what makes hot computer is not how much money you can throw at all at once but how much money you can throw into over time, keeping up with the times if far more important than being faster than the current times.

Did you notice that he planned to get 2 sets of that?

Get 4Gb of RAM if you want, nothing wrong with it really as long as you do stuff that will actually use it (don't think games will at the moment).

Apart from that I'll echo what everyone else has said.

2 8800Ultras in SLi is silly whatever way you look at it. The GTX is just fine and automatically saves you a bundle.

Quad Core is alright again.. if you do things that use it.

Anyway, if you are trying to spend as much money as you can then you win hands down.

Telling us what you actually plan on doing with the system might be a good start.
