Thanks for letting me know. I just realized it was that other 4 pin connector that was in the same threaded wire wrapping. Canceled the order.

my 700watt gamextreme came with the 20 pin and an additional 4 pin that sits beside it in the 24 pin config so you mite want to look over your wires to see if it has it according to the link you gave and the pics newegg has of that psu it does have the extra wires for it

I'm starting to get a feeling that the P965-S hates the E4300. Any settings would just cause it to constantly reboot be4 POST. Let it run on that for at least 16 minutes and to no effort.

Yea getting ready to do that in a few, letting CMOS reset.

Had to update BIOS and manually set NB Strap to 266MHz for it to let me overclocking without constant reboots before POST.
