Guest ecthlipsis Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 Congrats! As long as you don't go too far with your voltages, and keep your temps in check, you'll be fine. Push it further!!! Running stock voltages on the vcore, but using 2.259v with the memory. Had the vcore up a bit but no need at these speeds. I probably will push it further at some point, but I already got a 20% increase... =D Temps are great... Cores @ 47 under full load for an hour, and MB at 46. chuck4456 Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 To be sure no one thinks that the manufacturers don't overclock test their products before they sell them. I'm sure that INTEL pumps voltage into their CPUs until they burst! They are all very aware that their products will be subjected to all types of torture and idiocy; and test them accordingly. Nodgiles Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 One thing you learn by working in/with technowledgy is that you dont need to respect it half as much as youd think.
