p8baller07 Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 (edited) Go with danger den or swiftec Those push in tube things are kinda dangerous if you got them Id might apply some silicon sealant around those fittings to be extra safe. AMD64 Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 well this is what i came up with. And i think will look rock solid ones built up.As far as i can see i have steared clear of push on fittings.Would be very helpfull if you could just check to see if all is well. The price will be
Overclocker16 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 IMO get rid of the res. and go for a t-line, it makes bleeding simple. Also, it takes some money off the total price and imo a res isn't needed.
AMD64 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 a t-line? And you say a res is not needed what happens if the fluid runs down and + a res gets rid of the air bubles Or is that where the t-line comes in?
Overclocker16 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 A t-line is basically as it looks. T (put it upside down). The water flows through _ and the air bubbles go out the |. This is much easier imo. Works great and you can make it look nice.
AMD64 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 (edited) ahhh i see sorry for my nuoby ness Well i sort of had my eyes set in the res as i was also going get one of these as well which i think would look quite neat http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo...roductID=392177 And i may as well ask this now for the fans for the Radiators is it just a case of getting the noise to power ratio right or can i get really low noise ones with little power? And i just use normal 120mm case fans as well? Edited April 14, 2007 by AMD64

As for fans, the more powerful the better, so it's really what you can bear with.
AMD64 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 (edited) Ok thank you well i was thinking of three of these daddy's if i huck them all up to a front fan contoller the power is there if i need it and also i can run them slower when its not http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo...roductID=192074 Edited April 14, 2007 by AMD64
Overclocker16 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 What exactly are you going to be cooling with this system? To me a 3x 120mm radiator is overkill unless you are cooling a lot of stuff.

Overclocker16 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 good point it will be an intel E6700 and a 8800 gtx.....edit) over clocked of course Considering the rad, probably better to be the 3x 120mm then. Other then all alphacool products, seems nice.
