d3bruts1d Posted April 1, 2003 Posted April 1, 2003 Make at least 3 partitions, and they can be any size you want... recomend at least 15G each... Partition 1 MUST be FAT/FAT32 and Windows 98 will need to be on this partition. Partition 2 can be either FAT32/NTFS and Windows XP should go here. Partition 3 will be where the Linux Partition will go. When you install 98, you wont need a bootloader, since its the only OS. When you install XP, it uses the NTloader and will give you the option to boot into 98 or XP. When you install Linux, the NTLoader will be replaced by either Lilo or Grub (depending on what you chose) and will give you the option of 98, XP, or Linux (with a linux option for each Kernl installed). http://www.redhat.com/advice/tips/dualboot.html http://redhat.com/apps/search/results.html http://www.google.com/search?q=dual+boot+r...=utf-8&oe=utf-
