I know this is kind of stupid but how do you save a screenshot of your desktop in Windows and where does it save it.

use the print screen button. it's next to scoll lock, above insert (not on the keypad the other one):P

 

it's saved to your clipboad and you can paste it from probably any image editing program. i know it works with paint, ms photoed and photoshop.

ya i know. i knew that it was print screen, F9, or F12 or something but i just didnt know where it saved it but i figured it out now.

Also, if you press ALT + Prt Scrn then you get just the active window and not the whole screen.....

yeah i didnt know that either, thats pretty cool, thx

ctrl + alt + del ,hahahahah :lol:

 

alt + F4 closes your current window

 

alt + tab cycles through your current windows

 

ctrl + esc opens your start menu

 

there are too many to know and actually use, imo
