The only real added cost was the overtime for police/emergency services people they called in, and I can't imagine that would be anywhere close to that much. does that figure include costs of other services disrupted perhaps? i still maintain that "real terrorists" wouldn't leave a supposed bomb for all to see in broad daylight. but maybe that's just my opinion...
